Two charges, different timing

We charge in two steps because the lab analysis can only be billed after the lab completes testing. You'll pay for kit fulfillment, shipping, and clinician review today. The lab analysis fee is charged later only after your sample is successfully analyzed. We'll send a receipt now and again when the lab fee is processed.
